The La Marzocco & Faema style portafilter handle are acclaimed by many espresso machine users around the world
as it was designed ergonomically.
We made this premium quality handle by skilled woodturning with exotic natural hardwood instead of original rubber/plastic.
1) size(mm) : approx. Φ33 x 135 L, size(inch) : approx. Φ1.3 x 5.3 L.
2) bolt : M12(12mm) or M10(10mm), stainless steel processed by custom-order.
whole length approx. 93mm (3.7inch), insertion depth in wood 80mm (3.1inch).
Insert length in portafilter head : approx. 13mm (0.5inch).
3) wood species : Bubinga(red color) or Zebra(yellow color) or Wenge(dark color)
(all African premium exotic hardwoods)
4) bolt size of each machine brand for reference :
M12 (12mm,0.47inch) : Rocket, Profitec, La Marzocco, Bezzera, Kees van der Westen Spirit, BFC delux,
Expobar Minore 3(Brewtus), Victoria Arduino, ECM Technica, Mavam, etc.
M10 (10mm,0.39inch) : Gaggia, Faema, Izzo Alex Duetto & Pompei, Nuova Simonelli, Synesso,

===> Buyer have to confirm the bolt size from yourside.
It is better to try to separate the original handle before ordering.
That's why you have to separate the original handle for replacement after receiving this wooden handle.
You can distinguish 12mm(0.47inch) and 10mm(0.39inch) easily with ruler.
Better way is to be confirm from your machine supplier.
===> It is not exchangeable and refund from buyer's mistake.
6) Separation original portafilter handle :
It's very hard to separate original rubber/plastic handle from group head by only manual or tool force.
Solution1) Do heat up the group head for 1~2 hours enough on machine.
Solution2) Do heat up the group head on the gas range, holding handle with wet towel, in order to vaporize
instant glue that might applied between head and bolt.
Solution1) is recommend than Solution2). That's why Solution2) may occur some soot on head by flame.
Then, original handle become unthread somewhat easily with manual turning force.
It may need a vice tool for stronger force depend on machine brand.
Then, please do insert our wooden handle into group head by hand.
7) Bolt depth length in wood : approx. 80mm (3.2inch) .
In case of existing other’s wooden handles, they may has approx. 50mm(2inch) depth in wood normally.
But, our wooden handles have 80mm(3.2inch) depth in wood, deeper than others.
Expected effects :
a) If short depth, it has possibility to broken head part of wooden handle as a result repeated
great pulling force from left to right when join tightly with group head.
But, you don't need to worry it for our handle.
That's why our handle can bear great pulling force with long bolt inside, not with wood itself.
b) It can be achieved the balance of the center of gravity between the metal head and wooden handle.
So, it comes to be considerated not to put stress on your wrist even when you are using it frequently.
c) It can be feel the heat clearly on your palm when use a wooden handle.
If use shorter depth wooden handle, you can feel the temperature difference surely between front
half length and end half length of not inserted with bolt.
In other words, the front half length can be get heat stress repeatedly.
Our 80mm depth wooden handle comes to heat stress distribution evenly on the entire length.
As a result, it can be achieved the product's higher durability by resolving 'stress unequality' which is
one of main reasons causing wooden products defects.
8) Handmade in our workshop, Korea by high-level woodturning skills.
9) Finishing : 6~7 times applied with 2~3 kinds of German premium natural oil.
In order to achieve higher durability against water and heat, we put much efforts with handmade process.
You can also take luxury touch feeling with fingertips.
We do not apply on our wood products with chemical finishing materials like urethane which contains
Of course, natural oil is more expensive and need much manual labor for repeated applying.
We want to sell the right products finished with natural oil than urethane.
10) There are somewhat distribution of wood grain & color due to natural material.

When washing in cleaner bowl, please do not drop wooden handle/parts in liquids.
That's why its oil coated surface become dull by repeated contact to liquids.
Every oil-finished wooden products are same condition.

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
1) An item is eligible for cancellation if :
- you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status,

- the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
- the ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return(s) if :
- you receive a product different from your order; or

** Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt.
You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
* Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
* Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company.
However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum.
The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
3) We do not accept return(s) if :
